The ADVANCE 70 Door System has been rigorously tested to PAS 24 and Secured by Design, thus Building Regulation Document Q and SBD compliant.

Extruded and distributed by Selecta Systems, French doors have been designed to conform with the standard for enhanced security performance. The doors undergo forced entry attacks on the locking points using a selection of tools, including crow bars, screwdrivers, chisels, drills and blades.

Testing also includes weather performance to extreme levels, which includes testing for air and water tightness and wind loading.

Our BSi Kitemark accreditation reflects high industry standards, where tests expose the products to various extremes when installed, to demonstrate conformity, which reflects the premium quality of profiles that are extruded by the company.

ADVANCE 70 multi-chambered French doors comply with Building Regulations Approved Document L and Future Homes Standard energy ratings scheme and U values without adding unwanted expense.

Excellent U Values can be achieved with a 4/20/4 28mm double-glazed unit, whilst a 40mm triple-glazed unit will increase both the thermal and acoustic performance further.
